Day 2. Putre - Salt Surire - Putre.

Day 3. Putre - Lauca National Park, Bolivia - Sajama National Park.

Day 5. La Paz.
In the morning we visit the Plaza de Armas, the extern of the the government palace and the legislative palace.The witch market with its indigenous merchandise and the viewing point of Killi Killi, vaalley of the moon and the church of San Francisco are the second part of La Paz highlights. Lunch and dinner free choice, hostel. Day 6. La Paz - Tiwanaku - Copacabana.
After breakfast we go in a private car towards the arquelogical site of Tiwanaku, considered the most important ceremonial site of the Aymara people (pre inca). From here we visit Huatajata, a village at the outskirts of Lake Titicaca, from here you can have beautifull views at the Titicaca Lake. Here we also use lunch and if you want you can eat the most famous dish of the whole area; salmon trout. After lunch it is time to visit the bigger part of the lake; the bay which carries the same name as the border village of Copacobana. We visit the virgin of the candelaria, the small basilica of Copacobana and the patroness of the Bolivians. If you want you can walk up Calvarie hill to see the sunset in the Lake Titicaca. (bring a flashlite). We take you to the hostal of your choiche.
Day 7. Isla de la Luna - Isla del Sol.
After breakfast we go to our private boat to make a tour to the isle of the moon where we visit Iñak Uyu which is better known under the name; the palace of the virgins of the sun. From here we have great impressive views at the lake and the majestic Andes. WE continue our boat trip and get to the north coast of Isla del sol and visit the village of Challapampa. We go for a 2 hour walk to see the ritual Inca site of Chincana. During this walk we also visit the secred rock and the races of the sun, who are part of local legend. We return to Challapampa where we spend the night in a rustic clean hostel. Pic nic and dinner included.
Day 8. Isla del Sol - Copacabana - La Paz.
After breakfast we get to our boat and go the the south part of the Isla del Sol; Yumani and we pass by the well of the 3 waters, which is a Inca ceremonial site where they worshiped the water, all common in the pre hispanic times. To get to the temple of Oilkokaina we have to walk an hour, the Inca used this place as his residence when he was in the area. After the walk we return to Copacabana and from here we go back to La paz where we get in the late afternoon. Lunch included. Dinner free.Hotel. Day 9. La Paz - Sucre.
WE take you to La Paz airport for an afternoon flight to Bolivia's real capital, Sucre. It is not only the constitutional capital but also known as the white city. WE bring you to the hotel of your choice where you have time to install your self. After lunch we visit the city; viewing point of Recoleta, Plaza de Armas, monestry of San Felipe Neri, textiles museum ASUR, the church of San Francisco. Lunch included. Dinner free. Hotel. Day 10. Indigenious market of Tarabuco (only on Sunday).
In the morning we go in our private car to the village of Tarabuco which is about 65 k. out of Sucre. Every sunday one of the biggest native markets in Latin America, where bartering is still common, is organized in Tarabuco. This market is only comparable with Otavalo in Ecuador and Chichicastenego in Guatemala. In the afternoon we go back to Sucre. Lunch included, dinner free, hostel. Day 11. Sucre - Potosi Visit to the mines of Cerro Rico.
By our car we go to Potosi which is about a 160 k. from Sucre. Time to install in your hotel in Potosi. In the afternoon we visit the cooperative mines at the rich hill, el cerrorico. and before we do that we visit the miners market, the place where the miners go to buy all the stuff they need for the day like detonaters and dynamite. We end our visit to cerro rico at the viewing point of Cerro Rico from wher one has a nice view over the city of Potosi. By our car we go to Potosi which is about a 160 k. from Sucre. Lunch included - dinner free - hotel. Day 12. Potosi - City Tour - Uyuni.
In the morning we visit Potosi on feet with a bilengual guide; Plaza de Armas, Casa de la Moneda, the portals of San Lorenzo church and of the Compañía de Jesús. In the afternoon we "move" about 220 k. and get to Uyuni in the late afternoon. Installation in the hostel of your choiche. Lunch included - dinner free - hostel. Day 13. Salar de Uyuni.
